How do i block all online games from my laptop/computer if thats is possible?

I was told that i would need to know the name of every specific online game website to block them .I was wondering if could just block all games from my computer i have a toshiba satellite laptop with windows vista does anyone know what i could do?

ok go to control panel user accounts and family safety then go to parental controls click on the user you want to block it for it can be you or anybody then click the little bubble that says on, enforce current settings then click games then you are good just set whatever you want but be easy everyone needs a little games

If you have a router, you can configure it to block specific sites and ports.

Use your parental control features.

Enter Parental Controls:
1. Click the Windows button and the click the Control Panel.
2. Under User accounts and Family Safety, click the Parental Controls.

How to block games

1. At the user control window, click Games
2. This will bring to the Game Control window.
3. At this window you may choose to set the game ratings restriction or block specific game.
4. Click the set game rating and choose the restriction level.
5. Scroll down to restrict the in game content

To block a specific game by name.

1.Return to the Game Control window.
2. Select Block and Allow specific games.
3. At the Games Override window, Choose from the list of all games that are on your hard drive.
4. Click Always Block for the desired game.

There is no way to block all online games except if you uninstalled Adobe Flash (which is the primary plugin used to load and play games online). However you will also not be able to view videos on YouTube and other popular video sharing sites, as many of them use Flash as well. However disabling flash, will block all of those things and plug many security holes on your computer.
