How good are mini laptops at playing games?
Onesimus asked:
I understand they won’t play the newer games, but what about some older games, like Half-Life, Mafia, Metal Gear Solid…?

“mini laptops”, or notebooks, are terrible with games. They have very little power to them, and are intended simply for word processing and other such menial tasks. If you try to game on them, either the game won’t run, or you’ll find the computer overheating and shutting down a lot. Even stronger laptops cannot handle most games simply because they do not have the space for graphics cards, and gaming causes a lot of heat due to the amount of information being sent and received. The best you could do would be flash games with a notebook, and even at that they may run slow.
They will play half life but with alot of lag, There is not enough memory or video for those games.
No, they’re simply not designed for this… they are designed for websufting and word processing mostly…
