How do I get my gangster self to level 20 gangster?

I have a black friend who is very gangster and thug like. He said I can roll with him if I get to level 20 gangster. How do I get to level 20 gangster? Do I need experience points like in a video game? If so, how much and how do I acquire these points (ex. broken English, hitting my ‘woman’, dropping out of school, etc…)? Please let me know. I am interested in this myself. I have been stuck at level 16 gangsta for about 4 years now. It is kinda frustrating. I get level 10 hoes and I want to get them biatches leveled up too, but I cant.
Lemme axe you dis, what level are you at now? Are you close to 20? If so, how the hell did you get to level 17? Are there like hidden achievements in gangsta that I am missing?
Is this some sort of a joke?
start spending time reading books, instead of hanging out with that loser.
