What is the minimum net speed to play online games properly?

I have got a 256 kilobit/sec net speed … that is 32 kilobytes/sec
is this speed sufficient to play some good online games with good speed

yes thats sufficient (as long as it is broadband)
and World of Warcraft
You can playn EQ2, The speed is ok to play games. I would switch to broadband its much faster.
