Wow.. I was going to pass this by, but on second glance I think I shall address a large number of the flaws presented for your benefit.
First off… ascetics.
- Stop capitalizing the first letter of every word. What would possess you to do that?
- Were you looking for “Who” instead of “hu”?
- Punctuation is your friend – use it.
Second your demands. I have no qualms about people asking for help regarding pointers on topics, but to ask generally that someone should tell you everything about programming is just absurd. Here’s a better idea – search on your favorite internet engine for tutorials and walk throughs for programming! Perhaps sauntering down to the local bookstore or library and getting a book on it. Next issue would be “what language”? You know there’s quite a few out there. Self empowerment is a great thing. Why should you be a partner? What sort of “little bit of power”? You ask for an “admin position” – like a secretary?
Third, your bartering skills need some improvement. You openly admit that you have no idea how to program, then you ostentatiously demand that while this gracious angel is teaching you how to program you also want: to be a partner in the game, some sort of “power”, and a position? Exactly what is the buy in from their side to giving into your demands? You ask for everything, but provide nothing of value. You need to articulate your skills, whatever they might be, at some point to prove that you are not a dead weight to the project. Just saying “you will work hard” doesn’t quite cut it as a skill. Most places make the passive assumption you should be a hard worker.
*sigh* Don’t get too bummed out by this dissection of your post, but seriously you have to understand that universal epic failure it is and why. If no one else told you this then you would blithely go along with the same concept always wondering why you never get hired (like the plethora of applications I see EVERY day).
