Is it safe to play online games on a MacBook?

My mom has a MacBook & my brother plays Club Penguin on it ALL THE TIME. My mother just wants to know whether or not if this is good for her MacBook since our PC laptop broke multiple times because of online games.

Yes, mac’s are still somewhat immune to most viruses out there as they are made for the windows family or operating systems.
As such your mac book will most likely not get infected
However, as more people do purchase macs and it becomes a more mainstream brand, more and more viruses will start cropping up for it too.
In general you would be safe if you stick to online flash games. Club Penguin would be safe for you. You can also try online games on
