For the original Xbox games, Scarface was pretty bad and Mafia isn’t backwards compatible so you’d need an actual Xbox console to play it on.
The Godfather was OK and Godfather 2 wasn’t very good. Not bad if you can find them cheap, but the weakest of the three you list.
Saint’s Row & SR2 are very fun if kind of glitchy. There’s a lot of side missions and activities to do in the city but the story is kind of crap. You can ind them pretty cheap and are probably the best fun for the dollar.
GTA IV is ok. A good story, but not much to do once the story is over and there aren’t many good side missions to do. The Lost and Damned and The Balled of Gay Tony are expansion packs to the game and are a lot better than GTA IV itself is, in my opinion at least.
