What are some virtual games online where you can like earn money and buy clothes and furniture and stuff?

The closest thing I can think of is not really online, but The Sims2, or Sims 3. However there are some things in the game that Im not sure are appropriate for a 12 year old to do/see.
You don’t have to pay for online things unless you want to download extra stuff, but the game is great enough without the downloaded items. You make your own person who goes through life, has to get a job to earn money to support themselves, buy items etc.

Second Life is a free online virtual world where you can make things like clothes.
Yoville on facebook, & myspace.
The facebook one is better.
I love it, it’s really addictive & fun + you can interract with your facebook friends by dancing, kissing, fighting, messages, and sending them gifts.
Activities to earn points:
*Gambling at the casino
*Motocross racing
*Betting on races
*Fishing
*Visiting friends & interacting with them
You can also talk to other yoville players, and go to events like sales and parties.

*Furnature Store- Furnature & home appliances.
*YoDepot- Plumbing products & large home appliances.
*Clothing Store- Clothes, Shoes, & Accessories
*Flower & Gift Shop- Flower arrangements, Toys, Gift Packages, & other gifts.
I also think there’s a pet shop, but I don’t remember…
