What software is the best for large apartment rental companies?
andy208286 asked:
It is part of a company with limited staff, but operated around 450 rental units in different areas. I need good software to deal with all these properties. I'm using the tenant pro 5.0, but I think there are probably as many advances that have been made and they look better to upgrade to the new tenant pro, or something.

Most of the property management companies that I’ve worked for use Yardi which is put out by CTI. for your purposes you’ll want Yardi Voyager Residential. We printed monthly cash flow statements, printed monthly tenant statements, paid bills out of it etc.
It’s really a great management software.
I’ve only heard of property management using Yardi or Skyline.
If you have a programmer on hand the could look at scripts.
