Need help on rap verses part 1: Hardcore gangster made of ice?
Some time later I will post the full lyrics on here, but right now I am writing a short rap song of my own. It’s about this misunderstood brother called “Da Ice Man”(not to be confused with the real one) who is being hated on because he wears this expensive fly sky-blue suit with diamond on his necklaces, rings watches and grill. Anyway, here goes one verse.
(Rapping to his haters who have AK-47s aimed towards him)

Got these diamonds on my grill,
Ya’ll know that I’m for real…yeah
I run the streets,
I can’t be beat,
Some suckas wanna knock me,
Some suckas wanna jock me,
I used to think I was hot,
But soon discovered that I was not,
I’m a gangster made of ice,
Don’t play wit me cause I ain’t nice…yeah
I know ya’ll zeros be hatin’
Cause ya’ll know I don’t be playin’
And ya’ll know my deal,
About keepin it real,
Cuz what’s wrong you haters wanna steal,
Cause you see this necklace here worth seven mil,
Naw I’m Da Ice Man, you know the rule,
You’d better keep your game smooth, or I will seriously hurt you…yeah
Obviously I’m not that good of a rapper because this is my first attempt at a rap song but I am trying my hand at this for amusement. Although the other verses have not been completed yet, A lot of the verses sound a bit cheesy to me so I would appreciate any constructive correction of them. Thank you.
