What are some games like Grand Theft Auto?

In Wikipedias search for ‘Sandbox game’, http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sandbox_game, I found: Body Harvest, Quarantine, & Gangstar.
I suppose most gangster type games would fit in this genre, some I know of are:
Gangland
Mob Enforcer
No Mans Land
Mob Rule
Gangsters 2
Rise of the Triad
