How do you play the card game “drug dealer”?

I’ve heard of this card game called drug dealer (I’ve also heard it called mafia) and I’ve heard it’s a lot of fun. I searched for it on the internet and all it gave me was some dumb video and drinking games. I would love to know how to play this game so I can teach my friends. Thanks to anyone who answers!
