i just started mobsters, when do i get the opportunity to get the silenced pistol and the mafia mike’s?

well, i have both mafia wars and mobsters, and heroes, and tons of others i have just started, just wondering when they all start thier promotional stuff (mobsters has the badge that lets you punch people in the hospital i believe)
