How do I get undisabled on Facebook?

This is only kind of my fault, I was spamming my stats for a game on facebook called mafia wars. After I did that FB blocked my use of the wall feature. I couldnt post anything, I kept on trying to think it was permanent, then I got disabled. I tried to test it about 10-15 times, not knowing that “Testing it” was offensive! Is it a permanent thing when its disabled, or does is it temporary?
