On Mafia Wars, do I keep my card/token stacks?

I just hit level 15 and a bunch of new jobs opened up. So, there’s the jobs where the reward is Tokensx20 or Cardsx20. I was wondering, if I use those tokens/cards on a job like “Run an Illegal Poker Game”, do those stacks of tokens/cards disappears? Do I have to get new stacks everytime I want to run the illegal poker game job, or do I re-use the stacks over and over?
