You can usually get them from doing missions with rare loot beside them.

Read the pages I’ve linked to for all of the information you need. If you can’t get the item from jobs or fights then they are limited items. If you need them for a job then you get them from another job. If not then I don’t see why you would want them anyway, they are probably really crap compared to the items currently available.
