Does anybody know the rules to the card game “mafia”?

Hi! I once was camping with some friends and we played this fun game called “mafia”. All I recall is you drew a card and some people were citizens, and some people were mafia, and so on. And it was just a game about manipulation and it was the mafia versus the citezens. I know there are more rules and so forth and LOVE the game. So, if anybody whos played it could tell me the rules that would be wonderful.
