		<description>i had that problem when i was playing world of warcraft it was freezing then giving some error message. i updated my antyviruse  program then scanned all my hard disk and found some viruses, after that i&#039;m doing fine :) 

if your system is always freezing even when you play not online games then maybe your CPU tepriture is rising 
go to biose settings and check if its more then 70c then check if the fan is working normaly</description>
