Well what i did i only do missions im lvl 198 and only spend on doing missions and also spend ur money on buying property’s i dont really fight
when I started I bought more energy, at a ratio of 3:1, than any other stat. I felt that I needed to gain levels through jobs and fights faster to be able to make money so that I can buy weapons and vehicles. I also started as the “mogul” profile of character so that I could gain the capital necessary to fund everything I wanted to do. Also work on gaining level mastery in your jobs so that you could gain the special items you get from mastering the different levels of jobs: Street Thug, Enforcer, Hitman, etc…. Hope this helps
