Steps on how to play PS2 games online using a PS3?

I have a backwards compatible PS3 and am trying to play games online like Killzone, Madden, but I’m not able to connect online to play. Can someone give me steps on how to be able to play online ps2 games using ps3? Thanks for your time.

Im glad you said you had madden. Madden comes with a internet start up built in disc thats allows you to play ps2 games online on the ps3. You must download the ea sports configuration that is on that game. make sure you save all the downloads on the built in ps2 slot 1. then you are able to download in internet start up.

***you will be downloading something called a PS2 SYSTEM DATA, it is the program that allows you to run a ps2 game on a ps3 online

Load an configure that on your PS3, put in the game, and play via internet!
