Does anyone like to play a party game called “Mafia”. ?
Little Miss Latin Helper asked:
… it’s also known as “Warewolf” or “Vampire” and it’s really fun to play, though slightly addictive!
Details can be found here: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mafia_%28game%29

I played it a lot with a group from some Latin contest and I wander how popular it really is…
So… have you heard of this game? How do you like to play it? What additional characters do you usually include? Do you change the rules often (to include more characters, leave out the ones that prove to be inefficient etc)?
I’d love to hear how other people play it! ![]()
PS: I live in Romania. And the “Latin” I mentioned meant the ancient language spoken in Rome, it doesn’t have anything to do with South America… (just to be sure no one confuses things!)

i am a korean living in United States and all my friends know how to play it :] i learned it from my friends and i dont know where they got it from but i learned it in a hotel room when we had nothing to do.
We like to play with characters – doctor, police, and civilian, mafia and narrator.
We usually have 2 doctors, 2 police, rest civilians, 1 narrator, and usually 1-2 mafia.
