How to limit my internet connection to certain programs? Like only online games?

My friend isnt allowed to have internet in his room but he cant move his computer either. So is there a way for his dad to have a program to block internet surfing but only allow online pc games so we can play online together!!

Delete all his internet browsers.

It’s very easy to block the ports on router. check the firewall setting in your router, you can block/open certain ports for some program.
