Does anybody know any really good cut-throat online games?

I’m pretty into EVE online right now because you’re held accountable for trusting the wrong people. I got annoyed in wow because anytime I scammed someone, they could cry to a GM and get their gold back. I want a realistic game. But it has to have good PVP too. Does anybody know of any fitting this description?
It also has to be fast. EVE is starting to get boring since I either just sit around going pew-pew at a rock, or a rat, or a nub.

Last Chaos has lots of PvP and has some good quests in the game, and is free to download and free to play, Metin2 has PvP in the game and the combat moves are very cool, there are more quests in Metin2 than there is in Last Chaos, however the character creation process is very limited because most of the game is devoted to the game graphics and character detail.

You could try playing “Runescape”.You don’t have to download it and it is in the Guinness World Records for largest game with the most players.Otherwise you could try:

1.Conquer online (download)
2.Adventure Quest (no download)
3.Aion (not sure)
4.ACE online (not sure)
5.2Moons (not sure)
6.Eudemons (download)
7.Ultima online (download)
8.Zero online (download)

By the way most of them are mainly PvP.
