How can you have Leon be in his Mafia outfit in Resident Evil 4?

After beating the game Leon and Ashley have two different outfits…..Leon has his Raccoon Police Dept. uniform and a Mafia suit while Ashley has a rock star-like outfit and an armor suit. I’ve only gotten to use his R.P.D. Uniform and don’t know how to use the other. If there’s a way that I can….please let me know.

when you start a new game you get the option of choosing a custom and it wil say:normal,special 1, or special 2.Choose special two and you will start a new game with leon wearing his mafia costume.if you have the chicago typewriter press r1+square and he will throw his hat up!
I think you have to either beat the main game a second time or beat Seperate Ways.
Note that Special Costume 2 does not exist on the Gamecube version.
Well first of all, you have to have the PS2 version, if you don’t then it’s no use, cuz it’s exclusive to the PS2 re-released version..
but anywayz, the Mafia suit is Special Costume 2.
You get both special outfits after beating RE4 the first time, then you have to start a new game and as I said before, select Special Costume 2.
Here’s a little secret for you too…
if you have the Mafia suit, and the Chicago Typewriter (3 million I think on the PS2 version…or 1 million…) press the square button, and Leon will play with his hat (he’ll throw it into the air)
and also, Leon can suplex enemies, which kills them instantly..
