i have a few
1.(name) was eating his exotic toe fungus, when (other name) came along and wanted to try some, but he was not imune and died instantly.
2.(name) decided to go skydiving off of the empire state building, but he decided it would be funner if he didn’t have a parachute, so he/she jumped off and died.
3.(name) needed to pee, so he/she went out to find a nice stump in the woods, he/she finaly found a good one, but the grim reaper jumped out and killed him/her, but luckly for him he got to pee before he/she died
