usually if you click it, somebody will have gotten to them first.
if for some reason mafia wars its lagging out, it will stay up there, and everybody will attack the person wanting to get the bounty. sooo basically mafia wars glitched and everybody attacked the same person.

just click try again sometime later

yeah it never works. ive tried refreshing and refreshing and clicking away on lots of them and youll never get a bounty

its a glitch and they have a lot of them.
