Good video games to play?

I’m looking for some video games to play, but I’m not sure what to even look for. I like first person games, weapons, and thinking games. I really like the Tomb Raider games, and mafia games. And no online only games. Any suggestions? I was looking at the Hitman Blood Money and the Resident Evil games, are they any good?
