by the sound of it probably not, check its rating (i.e the advised age) and go by that. although he may really want it and if you say no he may get vexed but he may be too young
If your son is a normal kid with nothing clouding his judgement like autism or somekind of learning disorder i dont see why not! But be careful and make sure he knows killing people, and violence is not accepted nor tolerated. But i was watching all sorts of rubbish on television when i was his age. Not saying it done me much good, but its not influenced me in any way shape or form
